Fidel Castro is not even dead yet and Little Havana is celebrating

Since last night, people have been crowding in front of the Cuban resturant Versalis (sp) on Calle Ocho in 'Little Havana' here in Miami because Fidel Castro is having surgery and be at the end of his rope. They have been parading and celebrating, rumoring that he is dead (because he did the rare thing to give power to his vice-president brother). But he ain't dead yet. And it is all over the Miami news, even national but it is non-stop here. They even canceled the telenovelas. What I find curious is that U.S. president George W. Bush made a visit to Miami yesterday and made breakfast at Versalis itself. So Versalis had an exicting day yesterday. But very strange.
